Welcome to Queen's underwear! The terms "we" and "our" both refer to Queen's underwear. Queen's underwear operates the store and website, including all relevant information, content, functions, tools, products and services in the order, in order to provide you (the customer) with a carefully curated shopping experience (" service "). Your order is valid only after it is confirmed and accepted by Queen's underwear. Your order will not be accepted until we receive and process your payment. Please carefully check the order before submitting it. Once the order is accepted, Queen's underwear may not be able to accept requests to cancel the order. We shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, customs handling or circumstances beyond our control. Once we transfer the product to the carrier, ownership and the risk of loss are transferred to you.
