Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Returns must meet certain conditions. Your goods must be in the same condition as they were received, unworn or unused, with labels and in their original packaging. You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on the method and location of package delivery. We do not accept goods that are returned directly without applying for a return.

Damage and problems
Please check the goods in your order upon receipt. If there are any defects, damages or the wrong items sent, please contact us immediately so that we can assess and correct the problem.
Exception/Non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get the goods you need is to return them and purchase new items when the return is accepted.
The EU has a 14-day cooling-off period
Despite the above regulations, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel the order or return the goods within 14 days without reason. As mentioned above, your goods must be in the same condition as they were received, unworn or unused, labeled and in their original packaging. You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company also needs some time to process and transfer the refund.
